Elementary, get ready to bowl!

On Monday, May 1, elementary students are invited to attend a field trip to Premier Lanes in Lafayette for their end of the year field trip. We will be leaving school around 9:00 am and will return to school before we are dismissed. The cost to attend this trip is $30.00, which includes the bus, bowling, laser tag, a bumper car ride, a $10 arcade card, and lunch. Students will be allowed to bring extra money for the arcades if they would like.

The due date to sign up and pay will be Monday, April 17, 2023. Unfortunately, due to deadlines at the bowling alley, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS for anything late. Please use the link sent to your email to register for your child by the due date or your child will not be able to attend.

By completing this purchase, you agree that: ● you give your child permission to attend the field trip; ● you grant permission for your child to travel on a bus secured by CHS and driven by an appropriately licensed driver; ● you grant chaperones permission to seek medical treatment for your child if needed; ● you understand that the trip fee is non-refundable. If your child cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstance, we cannot refund any fees as all are paid in advance.
