2022-2023 Houston Fieldtrip to NASA

6th grade students go to NASA May 1 – 2, 2023!!

Our 6th graders get to experience two get great places as they put all they have learned in science class into real life. Students will first get a chance to “fly” at iFly and get to learn hands on with physics lessons.  Then students will spend the rest of the day and the following at NASA. Students will get to see Mission Control, experience NASA training, and much, much more.

Total cost of $360.50, with variations for Pay in Full ($360.50) or Pay deposit of (180.25) and be invoiced the remaining balance of (180.25) .

     Motor coach transport to Houston, TX with local travel and return to CHS
     Bus driver tip included
     1-night accommodations, Holiday Inn Houston-Webster TX
     IFly, Houston Space Center, Stars and STEM program
     1 breakfast, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner

The deadline to sign up will be 3/22/2023 12:00p.m.   Once this deadline has passed, the registration link will be closed.  Those who have chosen the option of paying the deposit only will be invoiced for the remaining balance on March 22, 2023 with the balance due on April 19, 2023.  Any students with an unpaid balance will not be permitted to attend the field trip.

By completing this purchase, you agree that: ● you give your child permission to attend the field trip; ● you grant permission for your child to travel on a bus secured by CHS and driven by an appropriately licensed driver; ● you grant chaperones permission to seek medical treatment for your child if needed; ● you understand that the trip fee is non-refundable. If your child cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstance, we cannot refund any fees as all are paid in advance.
