After a successful (and fun!) Disney Imagination Campus Field Studies trip in 2023, we are ready to plan for 2024! Complete this down payment to register for the trip by April 7, 2023. Monthly installments will be billed based on information collected during registration.

  • WHO: High school students during 2023-2024 (current 9th students who will be in 10th grade in January of 2024)
  • WHEN: Travel dates are January 6 – 12, 2024
  • AMOUNT:  $250.00 deposit for each traveler
    • $2,090 (quad occupancy)
    • $2,180 (triple occupancy)
    • $2,355 (double occupancy)

By completing this purchase, you understand and agree to the following conditions:

  • This is a DOWNPAYMENT. Complete payment once for each traveler.
  • Pay in full or pay in installments options will be billed monthly through FACTS Incidental Billing.
  • You give your child permission to attend the field trip;
  • You grant permission for your child to travel via transportation secured by CHS and operated by an appropriately credentialed personnel;
  • You grant chaperones permission to seek medical treatment for your child if needed;
  • You understand that the trip fee is non-refundable. If your child cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we cannot refund any fees as all are paid in advance.

By completing this purchase, you agree that: ● you give your child permission to attend the field trip; ● you grant permission for your child to travel on a bus secured by CHS and driven by an appropriately licensed driver; ● you grant chaperones permission to seek medical treatment for your child if needed; ● you understand that the trip fee is non-refundable.
