Power, Speed, Agility, & Toughness – Foundation Program Spring Session


Coach Brandon Potier’s Foundation Program

The program is designed to build the fundamental skills of each athlete and bring their game to the next level. The goal is to improve overall athletic ability through a variety of developmental exercises. I strive to create well-rounded athletes so they can thrive in all sports they compete in. The focus is to reach peak performance by increasing the 4 pillars of athletic foundation: Power, Speed, Agility, & Toughness

Example Training Routine – 

  • Monday = Power: Sled Pulls, Med Ball Throws, Squats, Bench, Hip Flexibility
  • Tuesday = Speed: Low-intensity speed development, Upper Body, Stretch
  • Wednesday = Agility: Change of Direction Drills, Lunges, KB Deadlift, Core
  • Thursday = Toughness: COMPETITION DAY!!!


  • Training Session: Monday – Thursday (full school days only) 3:00 – 4:30 PM
  • 12 week program – January 30, 2023 – April 27, 2023
  • Optional Study Hall: 4:30 – 5:15 PM (Snacks will be provided)


  • 3X per week – $400 (equivalent to about $11 day)
  • 4X per week – $450 (equivalent to about $9/day)
  • Pay in full or Pay ½ during submission & ½ will be invoiced via Paypal on Wednesday March 15, 2023 with a due date of Friday, March 17, 2023

30 spots are available and they will be available on a 1st come, 1st served. 

The deadline to register for this Foundational Program will be Friday 2/3/2023 at 3:00 p.m

About Coach Brandon Potier:

Coach Brandon is a Catholic High graduate (2017), where he was a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and track and field. He signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of Arkansas -Monticello. After two seasons, he transferred to McNeese State University. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 2021 and returned to his alma mater. For the last two years, Coach Brandon has been part of the CHS strength and conditioning staff. He is currently working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
