Power, Speed, Agility, & Toughness – Foundation Program

Coach Brandon Potier’s Foundation Program

This program is designed to build the fundamental skills of each athlete and bring their game to the next level.  The goal is to improve overall athletic ability through a variety of developmental exercises.  Coach Brandon strives to create well rounded athletes so they can thrive in all sports they compete in.

The focus of this program is to reach peak performance by increasing the 4 pillars of athletic foundation:  Power, Speed, Agility, & Toughness.  Athletes will be taught the core movement patterns involved in all sports – mobility, change of direction, speed/acceleration, and developing explosive power.  The primary focus on youth strength and conditioning is injury prevention.  When working with younger athletes, there can never be enough emphasis on technique.  Mastering these skills will help set the “foundation” for these athletes to build on and this will help ensure they will be prepared for the high school workload.
